About Kambill, Inc.

Kambill, Inc. is a Minority Business Enterprise which provides electrical, mechanical, plumbing and fire alarm engineering and design, Commissioning and LEED® certification for multi-family, religious, commercial, educational, healthcare, industrial and retail projects. Our clients are primarily architects, developers and design-build contractors.

The company was formed in 1986 by William F. Richardson, P.E., LEED AP to provide contract engineering support to the nuclear power industry. From 1986 to 1995 the firm provided technical support to various utility companies in the northeast United States. In 1997, the Board of Directors decided to focus on the growing Atlanta commercial construction market and set up our first office in Lawrenceville, Georgia.

Our Mission is to provide our clients with affordable solutions using intellect, innovation, judgement, education, integrity and experience.

Kambill, Inc. always provides as much hands-on involvement by our principal design engineer as needed to meet the individual needs of our client. We specialize in design-build project delivery systems and work closely with the owner, contractor, architect and other team members to ensure project requirements are addressed and schedules are met.

Kambill, Inc. produces engineering design drawings using AutoCAD software.
